Can't human being make/produce things and products that are needed for his consumption like control systems,power devices and machine design and structural build on his own ? Of course,senseless non-indians can't make/produce things and products on their own. So non-indians outside Indian territory buy things/products from makers/producers. But we Indians have sense to make it sensible towards making/producing things/products on our own. That is the difference between Indian economy and world economy. So both state and central govts should concentrate on making people as mindful about their minds through developing culture of questioning adversely for MIND-CONSISTENCY. among all social sections of people by pitting against each other. MIND-CONSISTENCY AGAINST MIND/SENSE IS THE PANACEA OF HUMAN SOCIAL MORAL DEVELOPMENT. This is my STRICT warning against deceptive-economic planning that is being VISUALISED by govt policy makers. For how long economic deception even after five levels of socio-economics be tolerated by people and their leadership in India ? Public adminstration is by better management of hand skills and communication skills BUT NOT BY BETTER PLANNING,BETTER VISIONS,BETTER APPEARANCE(character) AND BETTER GOALS. Avoid rheoteric. Mind functions,has to function and will be functioning within minimum control limit say 1 and maximum control limit say 10 and/or its exponentials. If mind thinks below minimum control limit say 1 or above maximum control limit say 10 and/or its exponentials,then that mind is said to be corrupt,indiscrete and exposed in society leading to suicide or violent death both of which are unnatural deaths in human social history. SO LIVE AND LET OTHERS LIVE AS SENSIBLE IN MINDS by mind balance,discretion and non-exposure than living gadget-rich lives. Truth(power) is in making self as self again and among other/s. IAS/IPS trainings and law-machinery should focus their energies on inculcating litigant(lateral) sense in abstract mind among themselves and people. Pleasure-seeking,human dignity and word prevailance are being sensible in mind than physical gadgets and infrastructure for govt and people.
