This is social setup which requires everybody to be right and good "before eyes of police and their law". And police by their investigation booked you as rowdie-sheeter which means you are quarrelsome and grudgeful to some other/s.AND OF COURSE ANY ROWDIE-SHEETER CAN HAVE FREEDOM TO ORGANISE MEDIA CONFERENCE.AGAINST POLICE. But your duty is to overcome that quarrelsome and grudge of some other/s.It is not your duty to be against police who opened rowdie-sheet against you. Pl.note. Police are to help you and your quarrelsome opponents in overcoming grudges in daily civil life. That means a rowdie-sheeter life,his quarrelsome opponents life and policeman life are TRIANGULAR LOVE STORY which should end as all is well that ends well. THIS IS MY COUNSELLING TO EVERY ROWDIE-SHEETER.
