Indian govt need appoint joint committee between law dept and education dept on study of better scientific examination,better self-knowledge certification(de-certification) and better vigilance on certificate-implementation. A CERTIFICATE IS GIVEN ON SITTING FOR EXAMINATION TO BE SO IN PUBLIC. Indian govt need encourage small,relevant and plural course certificates-holding than 4 year degree courses. 4'year degree courses are meant only for just 10% people among all. At present,teachers and students are self-ignorant and are in flux social situation. So inculcate cautiousness in both teaching,learning.examining and certifying. It takes nearly 5 years to rise above social flux situation.

Education needs body-daily-nutrition,mind-stability(consistency) and mathematical sense(thought).
