in democratic system of public governance,voters have "more" responsibility than leader/s in "daily social life". It is because both voters crowd and alone leader/s have same 24 hours.And voters continue to avoid participation by giving their name in govt and its depts daily functioning nearby,then democratic system can't give desired results of socio-economic betterment. I see Indian voters who are talking against govt while they are ignoring to participate before govt and govt depts functionaries by giving their name either in writing or orally. It is ridiculous and lazyness more on part of voters and of course less on part of leader/s or public representatives.

There is difference between voter and leader.
That means if voter ceases to be voter in his daily life by talking as leader,then leader ceases to be leader by talking as voter.
So this voter-leader connection can be evident in words of voters than words of leader/s.
