So there is question "who are you?" at first. And there is question "why-what-how are you?". at next. First question has no value and will be causing public nuisance which is question "who are you?". Public nuisance is because only human can be asked question "who are you?" In this world.And that question "who are you?" Is irrelevant now in this information(objective) age.
