Otherwise Indian police constabulary will become huge burden on public exchequer every fiscal year from now. For security of public,general public need not become insecure by spending more(above 20%) of their taxes on public security account when public auditing is done by CAG.

కానిస్టేబుళ్ళు మాత్రమే కలిసి తిరుగుతూ ప్రతి మూడో కానిస్టేబుల్ నిఘా-విచారణ విధి మీద చర్చిస్తూ "పోలీసు అధికారి పోటీ పరీక్షలలో ఉత్తీర్ణత ధ్యేయముగా" నిరంతరము విధిలో సాధన చేయాలి .
    Indian police should avoid both batallion forming and single roaming in public.
