Any law comes into force BY 1000 people eyes & ears OF other 1000 people eyes & ears FOR another 1000 people eyes & ears. That means a group of 3000 people can sit and judge every clause of every law being enforced at every land on earth FOR truthful-knowledge(social-mind) in it.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
