Yes ! As Haryana court said,Narendra Modi is PM of India "but not PM of bjp". There is fine difference between ruling party and ruling parliamentary party. Once a leader is elclected by ruleing parliamentary party and installed as PM,that leader (PM) ceases to be part of ruling party and also ruling parliamentary. party. That leader (PM) should scrupulously ignore party which elected him.
