Word(thought) has waves thus creating waves in other/s for their other/s. So one should know his mind and his morality at first so that he can use his words for self and other/s for social change by name. Even computers work by words. Words can be translated into numerics. One to four are legality. One to ten are all plurality. One to six is being some right and good. One to eight is octave or Swaram perfect. After changing words into numerics or vice versa,one can retain and change self and other/s into true.

భాషలో మాటలు (ఆలోచనలు ) ఉన్నంత మాత్రాన అన్ని మాటలు (ఆలోచనలు ) అందరూ అన్వయించుకోవడము అనేది చేస్తే తమకు మరియు ఇతరులకు ఎటువంటి భావము మరియు దాని ఉద్రేకము -ఉత్తేజము కలుగదు .
ఎందుకంటే భాషలో మాటలు (ఆలోచనలు ) అవును స్వరము ,కాదు స్వరము మరియు అయ్యిండొచ్చు స్వరము కలిగి ఉంటాయి . కనుక మూడు( అవును -కాదు -అయ్యిండొచ్చు ) స్వరములు కలిపి మాట్లాడితే ఓం కారము కలుగుతుంది కానీ వికారము కలుగదు .
వికారము కలుగకపోతే వినే వారికి వినసొంపు మరియు ఇతరులకు మైండ్ మార్పు కలుగదు .

So information thus obtained in other/s must be complexed(adverse) with self(sensible mindful voice) by applying one's mind on his/her mind again towards goal of equality(peace),love(retaining self as self in other/s) and truth(which solves deception appearance as deception can not stand against adverse questions). That means any voter can question universal law. But no voter can rise above universal law. And people(individuals) will looks after their audit "by being in groups/laws/parties". Govt is party to all diverse parties.
