Again half-truthfulness. When China is questioning India about Indians consistency,,Indians are questioning Chinese questioner/s about Chinese knowledge(social). Truth is PREVAILANCE of social mind of India which respects personal mind of China.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
