Many maharajahs who are union ministers in present NDA govt LIKE PUSAPATI ASHOK GAJAPATI RAJU may be GREAT(brilliant) but can't make people as GREAT(brilliant). Purpose of greatness(brilliance) is to make both self and other/s as brilliant(GREAT). A light which can't light up all other/s as lights is NOT LIGHT. So maharajahs must note that one should APPEAR BAD and be mediocre(ultra)-minded to prevail as true democratic-minded.
