Concurrency between law(USA)(influential) and knowledge(India)(powerful) is MUST. And law of interchangeability and law of precision also APPLY ON BOTH INDIAN POLICE AND ROWDIE SHEETERS-MAFIA-NAXALITES. I can self-realise Indian police and/or rowdie sheeters "blackmail" towards me(my INC)(ramarajya). So Indian armed forces are not under one military command so that antisocial knolwedge can be effectively dealt as and when need arises. YES !
