INDIA IS HEART(morality). WORLD IS MIND(legality)..Mechanisation should be discrete and sensible. Outside India,mechanisation without mind-discretion is needed. But in India, mechanisation should require mind discretion. Because Indians are better hand-skilled people.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
