Any currency(money) which is devoid of mind sensibility OR nameful person will be useless to both self and other/s(govt). So Indian govt undertook demonetisation of big denomination currency in 1970s and november 8th,2016 AD.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
