When I saw this,it comes to my mind that one should have two minds. One mind is prevailing(triumph) as numero uno in voice. Another mind is "being moderate in moderate" which means being no.5 spot whicwill eventually be prevailing as numero uno in sense.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
