Law course of action is on its own course but not on a particular section course of action. Law is under nobody control and everybody control.

ఈ "సో కాల్డ్ చదువుకున్న /చదువుకుంటున్న వారు " చదువుకోవలసినది ఏమంటే చట్టము(సమాజము ) అనేది ఒక వర్గము ఒక సమయములో అమలు పరచాలి అంటే అమలు పరచదు మరియు అమలు పరచవద్దు అంటే అమలు చేయకుండా ఉండదు .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
