Election commission ! It doesn't matter whether which group deserves cycle symbol. What matters in Samajwadi party factions dispute over its election symbol is "majority of party executive members and majority of elected members" for recognition as original Samajwadi party. Isn't it right ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
