Days of "APPEARING-as-knowledgeables" and "being-as-knowledgeables" are OVER. Present days are "APPEARING-as-ignorants" so that everybody can keep self and other/s as knowledgeable. That is the logic behind "APPEARING-as-ignorant".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
