అయితే ఆ  నోట్లు ను చలామణీ చేసేది "ఎక్కువ శాతము" మంది మధ్యతరగతి మరియు అల్పాదాయ వర్గాలు అని ప్రజలందరూ గ్రహించాలి .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
