As there is word,there must be "word to word" which is sense(heart). And there is "word in word to word" which is voice(currency). So everybody has to be sensible(word to word) at first and voice(currency)(word in word to word) at next.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
