Only appearing-awkward people like social(fourth order) people will be true(powerful). And even Indian police who are antisocial tamas appear as truthful(powerful) but they can be just influential among public. INFLUENTIALS APPEAR AS TRUTHFULS(powerfuls) BUT CAN NEVER BE POWERFULS(truthfuls).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
