Medical doctors are mediocre knowledgeables. So they must INCLUDE SPIRIT which is in-between mind(profession) and sense(heart). SPIRIT IS NOT FORCE. SPIRIT MEANS "SOUND AND AIR" OF LETTERS. So all world languages pronunciation need be compulsory subject in all academic courses all over world. You need not be proficient in reading and writing any language. But you must be proficient in pronunciation of all world languages words(letters). Otherwise you will be made so by other/s.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
