Before enactment of DIVORCE LAW in india,marraige between mediocre-mind spouse and true knowledge mind spouse was "criminally enforced for life" in society(control).

MEANING OF DIVORCE IS DEFINED AS LEGAL SEPARATION OR NULLIFICATION OF MARRAIGE BETWEEN "MEDIOCRE MIND SPOUSE AND TRUE KNOWLEDGE SPOUSE".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
