Feeling one's own work as hard work is itself hardship. How can one's work be hard work to himself ? It is sinful to think one's own work as hard work. One is supposed to enjoy his/her own work.

Social brilliance being professional brilliance is doing with mind and hand because work is about thinking to make others think. Professional brilliance being social brilliance is doing with voice because work is about thinking to make self think.
