When you are punishing wilful defaulter,you must be able to punish banker/s for wilful defaulter as well ? Because without criminal giving away,there can't be criminal taking away which is wilful default. So my point is that when govt wants to punish Vijay mallya for wilful default,govt should consult law experts to punish criminally-negligent bankers(often naxal-minds) who are without any responsibility of sanctioning public money to corporates which have no or low net worth to repay.
