Those artists who seek govt patronage must note that art(culture) part in society is just 10%. Art(culture) is just to make general public as sensible in their mindful voice. Art is not for art but for people sense in their mindful voice. Nameless vocie(money) can be effectively made to get self-eliminated by itself through art(culture).
