So Indian Maoists should know that their ideology of either positivity or negativity or "positivity of negativity" is impractical. After being in power,one has to discharge both(govt treasury and people's personal welfare) duties responsibly towards self-morality. Govt is God(weakness) if at all God is invoked upon by anyone. So any liberator against oppression by exploitation must know that their struggle will need be successful anywhere in world(society) only through fighting against govt dept decisions and their officers than fighting against head of govt and/or head of state.

Chief minister post/prime minister post are not ornamental posts.
They are responsible to preserve public treasury every month.
