An asker is public plunderer who don't know about value for money. A ruler retains value for money by appearing as eccentric. If people are behaving as eccentric about value for their money and their rights by just talking about good without being good to themselves within,then govt gives,has to give and will give authority to majority eccentric people towards solving eccentric thinking among public. Majority rules minority. If majority becomes minority,then minority should treated as majority to retain minority.as minority. Cheapness is minority.And value is majority.

An asker if in power will make public coffers and people's bank accounts as almost empty.
But in democracy,an asker always dreams to be in power.
So an asker to an asker is put in power as now,that dreaming of an asker will die thereby paving the way for solution-giver to rule.
