Social means knowledge which includes "perversion of perversion to perversion". Of course,Indian govt health ministry has to start mental health units for.any person/group of persons who wish to just perpetrate perversion without any adverse perversion to perversion. World has to go by good governance in letter and spirit from now. Knowledge should not be at the mercy of perversion from now. One can see the edge of(to) the edge "only if he reaches the edge".
