How can "stability of stability to stability" which means dynamism exist in ever-dynamic'social world? US govt must note that their crime statistics and birth-death statistics about world people are STABLE ON SOME DAY without rise and fall in percent. It is because rise and fall in crime rate and birth-death rate are caused by cyclic reciprocation while stability in crime-rate and birth-death-rate is caused by selfishness in word(sense)(thought)(heart).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
