వార్తా పత్రికలు చదవండి..టీవీ వార్తలు వినండి.అయితే వార్తలు-రాజకీయాలు మాటలాడరాదు.కనుక వార్తలపై-రాజకీయాలపై పౌరులు - నియోజకవర్గ వోటర్ లు ఆ తేదీన ప్రశ్నలు క్లుప్తముగా-సూటిగా-స్పష్టముగా తయారు చేసుకొవడము నేర్చుకోండి. సదరు ప్రశ్నలను సదరు వ్యక్తులకు ఇ మెయిల్ చేయండి.సదరు ఇమెయిల్ పై ఫోను ద్వారా తరువాత సదరు వ్యక్తితో విచారణ చేయండి. పోలీసు వ్యవస్థ,న్యాయవ్యవస్థ,మీడియా వ్యవస్థ,వ్యాపార వ్యవస్థ మరియు సినిమా వ్యవస్థ ఈ అయిదు వ్యవస్థలు కూడా రాజ్యాంగ బద్ధత లేని వ్యవస్థలు అని నియోజక వర్గ ప్రజలు / పౌరులు గ్రహించాలి.

Citizens/constituency voters need practise to frame/write questions with MLAs/MPs about state govt council of ministers and central govt council of ministers everyday through email/website by giving names.
Then concerned MLA/MP will forward/discuss status on questions with concerned state govt minister or central govt minister and send back answers to citizens/constituency voters.
AN MLA/MP IS PATRIOT,MORAL-LEADER AND LEGAL-JUDGE FOR HIS CONSTITUENCY VOTERS.
Police,media,law courts,business world and film industry persons SHOULD NOT DEMEAN MLA/MP AND HIS WORK.

When there is no knowledge(which seeks self or sensible mindful voice)(literary words) to any mathematical or biochemical law,then it will be either self ignorance or social ignorance.
