I think that US govt is 'tactically' lifted narendra modi visa ban.
TACTICALITY IS NEEDED TO SOLVE NEGATIVITY IN THE-WORST-OF-THE-WORST(which has negativity mixed with neutrality-by-positivity).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
