A candidate is not leader.
A candidate if elected is leader.

 A candidate need face media questioning.
A leader need not face media questioning.

 We at INC don't face media questioning.
But our social violents(opposition) need face media questioning TO CONTEST OUR LEADERSHIP IN ELECTION.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
