INCONSISTENCY OF THOUGHT,MIND,VOICE AND SENSE:If a voice is put forward to other,other will ask questions to get clarified.If replies are not consistent with one another,then that voice is inconsistent.People should not give their votes to inconsistent.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
