Illnesses rootcause is systemic-mind(police) which can't speak with one's heart to other's mind.
Terrorism rootcause is systemic-mind(law court judge) which can't feel good.
So world should get rid of both police and law court judges.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
