Indian militancy has got inherent problem of non-addressing their mind and voice by name.
Indian adminstration has got inherent problem of non-sharing their mind and voice by name.
So indian politics must be content with indian national congress which can both address and share its mind and voice in public by name.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
