The only thing I wish to address and share about B.R.Ambedkar is that B.R.Ambedkar is the greatest public prosecutor in the court of the greatest judge M K gandhi.

 There is fine line between public prosecutor and judge.
Public prosecutor argues case but should not pass judgement.
Judge can't argue case but should pass judgement.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
