If anybody tells that he is learning lifetime,then he is cheating public.Learning has limited slot in lifetime.Life starts by being but not by becoming.So child means yet to become and start life.To be govt.at next,one has to be guru at first.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
