Hindu law doesn't recognise feminine.Hindu law believes that feminine need maintenance by musculine to feed self & bear children.So indian constitution is hypocratic towards feminine.
So hindu vedic customs are respected worldwide(even in islamic countries).

Veeryam(purusha) is one way only by musculine for feminine but not in reverse.
Veeryam(sperm) can be cause of human birth by intense arousal erection in vagina.So much hard work to generate veeryam(sperm).
Release of andam in vagina is natural without any human effort even though once in middle of the menstrural month.
Either two andams or two veeryams can't cause one human birth in one vagina.

So sanathana dharma(hindu law) clearly establishes equality of musculine with feminine in public arguments.
Any supremacy(visible/felt in social) by feminine over musculine will be vamsa kshayam.

This hindu law further believes that two feminines can't share one musculine as feminine is characterised as greedy which needs control by musculine.

Hindu law does n't recognise gay marraiges as in america.

So american law need repeal gay marraige law in future than indian law adopting gay marraige.

American personal is immoral like indian social.
