You can't group all women in one.
Because women have geographic,national,class,cultural,social and religious differences which should be respected.
So my logic is that we should solve issues in geographic,national,class,cultural,social and religious spheres at first to solve women inequality with men.
Of course,gender discrimination is crime where gender discretion is lawful.
