Immature world constitutions don’t say EXPLICITLY that FREEDOM IS DUTY leading to spiritual fabric of any constitution. Lack of word that FREEDOM IS DUTY will naturally lead to INHUMAN PESSIMISM(devil-mind) perpetration in social system thereby growth in crime rate. “FREEDOM IS DUTY” MEANS HINDUSTAN WORLDWIDE AND HUMANISM WORLDWIDE thereby replacing ambiguity and mindless voice in world society. Think as world citizen to become national. Think as national citizen to become state citizen. Think as universal to become world citizen.
