Celebration or grand is not in celebration or grand or selfish-renunciation. Celebration or grand is in being social(knowledge)- renunciation mind to make scciety as rich(consistent against adverse questions). Engineer is being worker to worker. Worker is being engineer to engineer. Problem lies with worker who is unable to be engineer to engineer. Problem is not at all with engineer/s or ruler/s.
