Mind controls body. Both mind and body are not supposed to move around. Either mind or body is supposed to move around world. If both mind and body move around world,then it will be useless to both self and /or other/s.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
