Farming knowledge means synthesis between farmer,soil and seed in climate. Farming knowledge means experience about soil conditions and climate conditions. A farmer need not study his farm for a lifetime of 40 years. Just two years of farming experience is enough to reap crop on one's own.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
