Indian national congress is THE TRUE revolutionary party but appears as reactionary party.,My logic is that as world is ever changing,those who aspire to change world society into true should not change by being reverse and elite.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
