So everybody MUST APPEAR AS IGNORANT such that he/she can retain his/her self and his/her other/s as "knowledgeables in truth(power) which is at the ultimate but appears as at the end".

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
