Engineering is done in four(mind)(law) stages. 1.suction (or control systems) 2.compression(or power devices) 3.expansion (or machine design) and 4.building structures on earth (or exhaustion). Fourth stage which is exhaustion or building structures stage needs escapism into right and good social spirit which is same one among all. So exhaustion or building structures for any right and good useful things stage need be given "first duty" by anybody who is interested in engineering social(mind)(knowledge) of other/s. Then only rotten-mindset or corrupt-mindset which is LACK OF INTERNAL ENQUIRY AND EXTERNAL EXPLANATION FOR ANY OTHER PERSON(MIND)(LAW) ALLEGATION/ACCUSATION/NEGATIVE WORDS IN ANY ORGANISATION/OFFICE/HOME/DEPT/SHOP/COMPANY AMONG SOCIAL(MIND) SYSTEM. Pl.note that being rotten-mindset or corrupt-mindset to rotten-mindset or corrupt-mindset is not rotten-mindset or corrupt-mindset. Those who worry about corruption must note this and avoid entering into electoral politics for finding solutions to corruption. Remember ! Entering into electoral politics for finding solutions on corruption is itself previalance of corruption(rotten) mindset of candidate seeking power in govt. You can't find mind(law)(body) solution in power(voice) place. Anybody seeking so will be foolish and prevail as "deceptive-knowledgeable". ONLY PROVOKING MINDS OF CORRUPT-ORGANISATIONS BY SELF CORRUPT MINDSET WILL BE SOLUTION. Rootcause for rotten(corrupt) mindset is fear psychosis ( which can't be overcome by having fear within ) as well as provocation of sense among Indian pessimistic class. No optimistic mind will provoke sense of other/s. No optimistic mind will avoid being rotten(corrupt) mind to corrupt(rotten) mind when seen. Simple ! Solution for corruption is with everybody at every place for every time. Why CRY AND SHOUT against corruption by giving lengthy speeches ?
