Any nation's govt head primary duty is have right and good peace(equatability) with ALL OTHER nations govts heads. Likewise any Indian state govt head primary duty is to have right and good peace(equatability) with ALL other Indian states govts heads. All politcal novices including AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu must remember. Less law means more governed into consistency(against adverse questions)(socio-legal morality).And more law means LESS governed into consistency(against adverse questions)(socio-legal morality).
