PM Modiji ! Present level of defence research and development things are enough. From next union budget onwards,there need not be any further escalation of defence spending. Because world and India are getting now to its moral-legal terms.Any more pessimism on part of Indian govt will be counter-productive. Defence analysts must study as such.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
