Insurgency is because of tamas(antisocial) which is essential for stay of knolwedge(LITIGANCY) by pitting tamas(anarchy) against satvam(reaction)(dictatorship) towards prevailance of knowledge(LITIGANCY) which seeks self(sensible mindful voice). Think beyond by respecting thinking other. Conflict is natural between two humans. But by respecting conflict(50:50) against another conflict(50:50),one can and has to reach and stay as truthful in reality. So my point is that one should not precipitate things into violence "as realisation of being non-violent and moderate-mind at provocation of sense by Indian police will prevail as violent against violent towards staying as true extremist. Bhagavadgita says that one must prevail as true extremist by being moderate-minded path which is being extremist to extremist. Pl.check that any extremist being has to console himself as being moderate to moderate by respecting argument. So one should believe in prevailance by respecting being. Bhagavadgita is prevailance whereas Quran and bible are being which naturally contest Bhagavadgita. Religious scholars must note. To me ,Bhagavadgita is like purusha whereas Quran and bible are prakruti. Even though both purusha and prakruthi are same in magnitude of knowledge, both differ in direction(that purusha has prevailance nature whereas prakruthi has being nature). Prakruthi is just influence(clouds) which vanish by going along with people. Whereas purusha(water that comes from clouds) is POWER(truth) which goes against people and stay forever. Hindu swamiji-babas who are naturally appearing-good and/or being bad believe in prakruthi(which goes along with people) whereas Indian national congress is purusha(which goes against people and stay forever) which is appearing-bad towards making all(self and other/s) as being-good by provoking other/s minds always for allowing people to be sensibles among themselves.
